PBR Roof Panels
Our 26 gauge Purlin
Bearing Rib Panels are far stronger than the
commonly used "R" roof panels. These panels have an
extended overlap to provide a leak proof seal. PBR
roof panels come standard on all our buildings.
Primary Framing: Steel Frame I-Beam Construction
Red Oxide primer is applied on main frames as
protection against corrosion.
Secondary Framing: 12-16 Gauge Cold Rolled
Steel Structural Elements
At Encore Steel
Buildings we use only Galvalume coated steel in
gages that range from 12 to 16 to provide extreme
rigidity and corrosion resistance. All of our girts,
purlins, and eave struts are pre-punched for ease
of assembly.
Bracing
Steel reinforced cable bracing
is supplied with all of our buildings, with
the exception of special opening requirements that
may need portal framing. Steel cable bracing makes
our buildings solid as a rock even in the most
extreme weather conditions.
Self-Drilling Fasteners
Engineered for rapid drilling, Encore Steel
Buildings' structures use self-drilling fasteners
with neoprene washers that provide a tight seal
and greatly minimize surface damage during
installation.
Siliconized Polyester Coating
Encore Steel Buildings' buildings are precision
coated with only the highest grade finishes.
Choose from ten wall panel colors and four trim
colors. Encore Steel Buildings offers a 25
year limited warranty on our panels. (Note:
