AIA selects 2020 Interior Architecture Award winners

The American Institute of Architects (AIA) recognized seven projects with its 2020 Interior Architecture Awards. The 2020 Interior Architecture Awards celebrate innovative interior spaces. A five-member jury evaluates entries based on design achievement including sense of place and purpose, ecology and environmental sustainability, and history. Recipients are:
- Chicago Public Library, West Loop Branch, Chicago: Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, Chicago
- Corning Museum of Glass, Corning, New York City: Thomas Phifer and Partners, New York City
- Dandelion Chocolate Factory, San Francisco: Gensler, San Francisco
- Ford Foundation Center for Social Justice, New York City: Gensler, New York City
- Google, Spruce Goose, Mountainview, Calif.: ZGF Architects LLP, Portland, Ore.
- MASS MoCA Building, North Adams, Mass.: Bruner Cott Architects, Boston
- Voxman Music Building, Iowa City, Iowa: LMN Architects, Seattle
