As part of demonstrating its commitment to the advancement of building systems, Butler Manufacturing has announced its 2017-18 Butler Builder Advisory Council. The Advisory Council monitors the market’s changing needs and offers insights on how Butler can achieve new standards in the building industry.

“It is central to the Butler mission to stay on the pulse of industry trends and provide its Builders with tools that enable them to remain at the forefront of the industry,” said Tom Gilligan, president, Butler Manufacturing. “Drawing on the expertise and insights from our Advisory Council, our company can continuously improve and develop strategies that best meet the needs of our Builders, their customers and the industry.”

The Advisory Council is comprised of successful Butler Builder dealers who represent the company’s five business regions across the United States, Canada and Latin America. Each member serves a two-year term, with four members carrying over for a second term. Jennifer Heimburger of Heimburger Construction, Inc. is the 2017-18 Advisory Council chair.

“It is a privilege and an honor to serve as the chair for the Advisory Council,” said Heimburger. “During my term, I look forward to collaborating with company leadership, builders and customers on trends impacting our industry, such as sustainability, design-build innovations and technology.”
