Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions marked its 20th anniversary on October 1, 2017. Headquartered in Mount Joy, Pa., Fairway is a leading U.S. manufacturer of non-wood railing products.

Highlights of the company’s past 20 years include:

• 1997 – Fairway Building Products was founded by Denny Hazenstab and Dale Adams as a distributor of deck and railing products. The company quickly moved into manufacturing its own vinyl railing.
• 1999 – Fairway Building Products became the first company to offer a kitted railing solution.
• 2015 – Fairway Building Products acquired New Jersey-based Cafaro Railing, significantly expanding its product breadth and depth along with its national distribution footprint.
• 2016 – The company was rebranded as Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions with a new name, new logo and new website. Fairway Building Products continued as the distribution side of the business.

Fairway Architectural Railing Solutions now has three areas of focus – distribution, pro channel and design build – and boasts one of the largest portfolios of non-wood railing products including aluminum, steel, vinyl and composite. Fairway will introduce a new material Q1-2018 and will carry the distinction on offering a full-suite of railing material technologies.
