The Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA) welcomes two new Associate members to its ranks: JRH Engineering & Environmental Services Inc. and Service Partners LLC. With the addition of these companies, MBMA’s number of Associate members is now 74.

JRH Engineering & Environmental Services is located in Manvel, Texas. It provides civil, environmental, structural and windstorm engineering, construction management, stormwater quality inspections and permitting and windstorm inspections. Service Partners, headquartered in Richmond, Va., is a national specialty building products company specializing in insulation manufacturing and distribution.

Associate members help shape MBMA’s direction and activities through such affiliations as the Associate Member Advisory Council, a diverse group of representatives from major product categories. “MBMA is the technological leader in the metal building systems industry, and our members are at the heart of all we do,” says Tony Bouquot, MBMA general manager. “We are glad to welcome aboard both JRH Engineering & Environmental Services and Service Partners.”

MBMA serves as the voice of the metal building systems industry, and its members produce an average of 28,000 building projects each year. MBMA membership consists of three categories: Building Systems members, made up of metal building systems manufacturers; Associate members, which includes metal building systems suppliers; and A/E members, which are architecture and engineering firms and related service providers.

“The metal building industry can be challenging. Faced with ever-changing codes, standards and industry advancements, companies today need support looking out for their interest and helping them grow,” Bouquot adds.

MBMA offers support to members through research-driven industry leadership and networking opportunities. The association also focuses on education to increase the prominence and usage of metal building systems as the premier solution for performance, aesthetics and sustainability in building construction. MBMA members work with design professionals, educators, building code officials and others to advance the industry. Member benefits include exclusive access to monthly, quarterly and annual statistics, unique continuing education opportunities and publication discounts.

MBMA’s members are continually working to inform and inspire the building community about the versatility and design flexibility of metal buildings. To learn more about membership opportunities, contact mbma@mbma.com.
