Masury, Ohio-based Specialty Strip and Oscillating Inc. hired Krissy von Philp as vice president. Von Philp is responsible for overseeing internal operations, helping to build customer relationships. Von Philp was previously chief operating officer at KDA Inc. in Warren, Ohio and real estate agent at Irvine, Calif.-based Real Living Realty Group.
