Varco Pruden Buildings recently announced the appointment of Joey Ledbetter as general manager for its western region, effective immediately. In his newly appointed role, Ledbetter will be responsible for Varco Pruden’s business development and builder support. He will report to Chuck Haslebacher, Varco Pruden president. Ledbetter is replacing Stuart Clark who is retiring this year.

“We’re delighted to promote Joey to head of the western region and have no doubt that the business will continue to flourish under his leadership. Joey is highly skilled and will be a great addition to the VP leadership team,” said Haslebacher.

Ledbetter, a 29-year veteran of the company, brings extensive experience to this role. He has held various positions with Varco Pruden throughout his career. Most recently, as customer services manager, he led a team of 17 people responsible for order acceptance, pricing review, contract management, risk assessment and field services.

“This is a great opportunity to work with the VP team to support and grow our builder network in the western region,” said Ledbetter. “VP has an impeccable reputation, a stellar builder roster and a strong culture. I’m honored to be a part of it and look forward to working with the team.”

Ledbetter holds a degree in engineering from Forsyth Technical Community College.
