YKK AP America today announced it has expanded its residential sales and customer service team with the addition of three new hires. Together, these team members will propel the company forward by extending its commitment to providing a positive experience for customers.

Twenty-year industry veterans Michael West and Kyle Peterson will join YKK AP as residential sales representatives for the state of North Carolina and the state of Florida, respectively. West’s deep experience in the residential windows and doors market will bring a unique perspective to his customers throughout the state. Similarly, Peterson’s extensive experience in the industry along with his in-depth understanding of the sales cycle and hands-on approach to service will enhance the customer experience.

Shurnell James joins YKK AP as the customer service manager for the residential division, where she will play a critical role in cultivating a high-performing customer service team. James’s in-depth customer service experience as well as her consultative sales approach will serve as a tremendous asset to YKK AP as it focuses on its commitment to service.
