C.R. Laurence (CRL) has announced that it has acquired Oregon-based Hansen Architectural Systems Inc.
Hansen has over 20 years of experience specializing in the design, fabrication, and installation of high-quality aluminum railing systems. The company’s product offering includes cable railings, glass railings, picket railings, and sun control systems. With the acquisition, CRL will support its growth initiatives by expanding its railings line and market share.

“Architects and contractors have been specifying Hansen’s railing systems for nearly 25 years on hundreds of notable commercial and residential projects across the nation,” said Lloyd Talbert, president of CRL. “CRL is a leader in the railings industry, and Hansen’s strong brand reputation was a logical fit for us. We have known and worked with Tracy Hansen for almost 15 years and know he brings tremendous knowledge and experience to our company. With his help, we see continued strong growth for this brand. We look forward to leveraging our strengths to bring our customers Hansen’s high-quality products.”

Tracy Hansen, president and CEO of Hansen Architectural Systems, will stay on board with the company in a leadership position. All other Hansen employees will remain in their current positions.

Hansen joins CRL’s family of brands that includes U.S. Aluminum, Blumcraft and Jackson. For more information on CRL, or to download any of their product catalogs, visit crlaurence.com. For more information on Hansen Architectural Systems, visit aluminumrailing.com.
