The licensure process for engineers is an eight year process that involves getting an engineering degree from an accredited university (first four-years), and then working under the supervision of licensed engineers for a period of no less than four years. There are two eight-hour long exams that must be passed in order to attain licensure. The last exam, the Principals and Practice of Engineering exam, takes hundreds of hours of preparation and is similar in difficulty to other professional licensure examinations like the bar exam, the medical boards or the CPA exams.

Shriver and Marks report directly to Laminators’ Director of Engineering, Christopher Bucci, MEng.CE, PE.; Quartapella reports directly to Laminators’ National Sales Manager for the Architectural Division, Shawn Crouthamel.
