“We’ve always had a strong emphasis on preconstruction services, which encompass all consulting services that take place before construction begins – client relations, planning, budgeting, site plan approval, management of the design process and schedule,” said Jeff Schaller, vice president-preconstruction operations at Rudolph/Libbe. “Design/build is an important aspect of preconstruction services, a building delivery method that involves the design/build contractor in the earliest phases of construction to plan value, accuracy and efficiency into projects. These new positions are part of our continuous improvement.”

The Rudolph/Libbe Companies is among the region’s largest contractors and employs 1,000-1,500 construction trades through offices in Lima, Toledo, Cleveland and Walbridge, Ohio; and Plymouth, Michigan.
