Walker, Mich.-based Tubelite Inc. introduced a client development manager trainee program. The program will be used to train aspiring sales professionals to successfully promote Tubelite’s storefront, curtainwall, entrances and daylight control systems to glazing contractors and architectural teams.

Cameron Shooltz, client development manager at Tubelite for Colorado, Montana, Wyoming and western North Dakota, completed the program in November 2018. He reports to Tubelite’s regional sales manager, Terry Robinholt. Shooltz began at Tubelite in 2016 as a junior general accountant and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting information management from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Mich.

“During his first year, [Shooltz] has been able to utilize various steps from the training program to build long-term relationships and provide our clients with valuable opportunities,” said Robinholt.

Graham Green, client development manager at Tubelite for northeast Ohio, completed the program in October. He reports to Tubelite’s regional sales manager, Jim Oberlin. Green began at Tubelite in 2016 as a sales intern and earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from Roosevelt University in Chicago.
“The program has exposed [Green] to almost every aspect of our business at Tubelite,” Oberlin said. “He has spent countless hours working in several key functions to ensure our clients’ success, and thus our success in this important territory.”
